“Pradeep and Binu are inter-state truck drivers and used to smuggle ganja from other states,” said Thiruvananthapuram Excise circle inspector T Anikumar. Pradeep had a twin brother, Pramod, who is currently under judicial custody in Mavelikkara in connection with a similar case, the officer said.
