The Vattiyurkavu police on Monday arrested a 29-year-old man and allegedly seized 1 kg of ganja from him. The police identified the accused as Shukoor of Kachani. He was apprehended from near the Vattiyurkavu market where he had allegedly reached on his scooter to peddle the contraband.
