Ludhiana: The Anti-Narcotics Cell of the Ludhiana Commissionerate has arrested two persons including a woman in separate cases and recovered 4-kg ganja from them. In the first case, the police have arrested a woman identified as Savitari of Ghora colony and recovered 2-kg ganja from her.
