The Iowa Department of Public Health released the dispensaries for where qualified patients can purchase medical cannabis: Waterloo, Sioux City, Windsor Heights, ... Those with the Department of Public Health say the oil would only have up to 3 percent THC, the addictivine chemical in cannabis.
