GISBORNE MPs including National's East Coast MP Anne Tolley support the Government bill removing cannabinoids from the schedule of controlled drugs, but were split over Green MP Chloe Swarbrick's more liberal private member's cannabis bill, which has failed to pass its first reading in Parliament.
