Yavatmal, Feb 24 (PTI) Four people were arrested and 74 kilograms of ganja was seized in Arni, some 35 kilometres from here, police said today. Acting on a tip-off, a police team led by Assistant Police Inspector Santosh Manwar nabbed the four from Kathodi village yesterday night, they added.
