Hesperia City Council approves cannabis fine schedule that runs as high as $10k

VICTORVILLE — With Mayor Russ Blewett absent, the City Council adopted a resolution and regulation concerning cannabis activities within the city. The Council adopted the resolution by a 3-1 vote that amends the city bail schedule as it relates to commercial and personal cannabis activities.
