A Haitian accused of having ganja weighing more than 1,600 pounds, plead guilty, when he appeared in the St Catherine Parish Court. Luge Felix is to be sentenced on March 14 after being charged with illegal entry, possession of ganja, dealing in ganja and taking preparatory steps to export ganja.
