The car was plying from Mangaluru towards Bengaluru. While the Uppinangady were conducting inspection of the car, the culprits got out and ran into the woods and managed to escape. The seized ganja is valued at Rs 6 lac. Uppinangady police have registered a case and hunt is on for the accused.
